Its incredible! New missions please?

This game is actually better than the predecessors and is very cleverly designed. It was a rough start but once I began upgrading the turrets, the game got better and better.

Great tower defense game, a lot of levels and options . Very nice graphics. But it takes a lot of playing days or weeks to level up all the weapons.Please add auto collect money , and more 2way weapons .

I loved Sentinel 1 - 3. After completing 4 levels of this game Ive realized that Ill never enjoy this game--those darn graphics! Imagine tiny fast moving dark colored enemies on a dark background! Its really difficult to know or care what is going on! Seeing these tiny camouflaged aliens becomes even harder when a sandstorm arrives. Perhaps it looks better on an iPad, but its nearly unplayable on an iphone 5. Ive made it a habit to give lower stars to paid games that force you to pay more later in the game to discourage the practice, this Im giving this 2 stars instead of 3.

Was a big fan of the first 3, but Dark Star official circles the drain for the Sentinel series. Unimaginative levels and simply a worn out story world with nothing new and nothing ventured. Its a paycheck release with little value to the user. Farewell Sentinel series.

So far however, part 2 and 3 are the best versions of the game. One major thing I wish you could do with this one is zoom out so you can see the whole battlefield. Its really bugging me that you cant. Maybe Ill get over it with some more play.

I gave this game 3 stars at launch because there were obviously a number of issues with this game. I foolishly thought Id give it a couple of weeks for the developers to get their act together and fix the mess that is Sentinel 4. The rolled out a couple of updates fixing minor issues but ignored the biggest problem IMO: GRAPHICS!!! The graphics in this game a just plain embarrassing...let me be specific, Im embarrassed FOR the developers thinking that replicated crappy graphics from 2008 would be just fine for a game theyve supposedly been working on for a couple of years. Come on guys, nobody is buying that bs. Youve certainly improved your monetization model by including app-in-purchases at every opportunity. Perhaps you should have realized that todays mobile gamer expects a lot more from a highly anticipated release. Ive worked as a senior business consultant for many years and Im willing to forego my $250 an hr billing rate to give you a piece of advice: If you disenfranchise your customers, youre out of business. You may be shaking your head thinking "well no s@$t"...YET, thats exactly whats happening. The clock is ticking, get it fixed, ALL of it. Start with the graphics first, its low hanging fruit and could provide you with a quick win. Ill change my review yet again depending on the effectiveness of your response.

I have to say that this is an excellent sequel to Sentinel 3, another great game. It took a bit to get into this given the additional options such as tower upgrades, power station options, etc, all driven by the in-game currency. That said, I really like all dials to twist while playing the game. There is no need to spend any additional $. Ill offer one hint - you can get by having some really good laser towers. Stick with those and play with the rest. Great job Origin8.

When I downloaded the latest update, now the stronghold will not open and there are several features I cannot get to. The Sentinel button also is not available.

I feel like i am overpaying for all upgrades. At radius 99, 5% upgrade makes it 101, next 5% upgrade makes it 102. Which makes no sense to me. Some levels can be zoomed to out, some (especially portrait orientations) are not. Some additional buttons overlay turets menus. I feel like in app purchases are almost a must to have any enjoyable gameplay.

And felt compelled to go ahead and write a review. What were you guys thinking? This is awful. If it had been a free app, I would have deleted it prior to map 3. Ive been a big fan of the previous three Sentinel games and have played them each multiple times through the years - I even have #2 and #3 on my phone now...Ive even wished you would release a sequel to Space Station Frontier....but where you tried to bring Sentinel 4, for whatever reason, makes me gag. I read the reviews yet still purchased it, and God what a disappointment. I cant believe I anticipated this delayed release for so long. Seriously, its going to take a lot for me to want to give your games my ownership ever again. This game should have been free for the ridiculousness of its gameplay. You overthought this version way too much, and probably paid some developer way too much for the stupid ideas incorporated here which has ruined an otherwise incredible franchise. I had mentioned the fact that I still play 1-2-3 repeatedly....but I can tell you truthfully, once each levels opening of hard & psycho is unlocked, I have no interest whatsoever in repeating those levels - I wasnt kidding that I had forced myself to complete map 5 of your new version. This should have been a free game - by map 3 youre asking for the in-app purchase...shameful for a juvenile game production quality treated as a mega release.

This version of Sentinal isnt much different than previous versions, theres really nothing new about it -- graphics are tired, identical gameplay. The audio effects are extremely annoying...

Game is addictive from 1-4 best tower defense game out there

This latest version is great to play but you will burn through the 26 maps in no time. If they come out with more levels then great but at this point not worth the money.

Just not fun.

I wanted to give it five stars but the game is flaky. It is addictive. I have been playing it a lot. The game will lock up sometimes and also slow in response. I have enjoyed the whole series. I like the new gameplay they have added. I feel the graphics couldve been updated, they do look dated. With all that said, it still is a good game. It will not be deleted for long time.

I enjoy the game play of trying to balance fire power to enemies.

Loved sentinal 3 and now 4 doesnt disappoint! It is challenging without getting to the point of total frustration. It takes time to upgrade weapons but can be done. Well worth the money. Great game.

If you enjoyed sentinel 3 you will enjoy this game PERIOD.

The gameplay is simply amazing. If you are a fan of tower defense games, this is a must play. The price is the only thing keeping this game from five stars. It should be closer to $2.99.
